I am trying to create a column schedule.

1.) My levels call out are writing on top of each other. How do I fix this? (See Image below)

2.) How do I get the column name to be just X4 (or whatever), without the dimensioning.

3.) How do I get it to include base plates and footings? Can I put it in manually?
