Revit is a BIM modeling program. AutoCAD is a drafting program. Your question does not make sense.

also do you want it for commerical purposes or student purposes?

You can download a demonstration version from the autodesk site. You will not be able to save anything if you use the demo version.
If you are a qualified student, you can get a student version from the autodesk site. With that version, you can save your work but all views will have a student watermark around them.
