Hi guys, how can I tell a wall that at every 600mm there is going to be a stud in that wall? Likewise how can I calculate how many sheets of plasterboard ill need for a wall if a standard sheet is 1.2mx2.4m?

Are you asking how to model studs in walls?  If so, we don't normally model this and Revit does not have a built in way under wall definitions.  You can read how others are doing this by searching previous threads.

For your quantity question - Remer, Revit is not an estimating program but it can give you material take-offs of what you have modeled.  Be careful here.  If you model a wall with drywall two stories high, the material take-off will be for what is modeled even though your dyrwall may be interupted at floors and ceilings.

So this means, you have to take your modeling into consideration and you have to add a % for waste.... YOU HAVE TO.

Wall length / 600 seems to be the equation.
