Hi there,
I am trying to select a glass element from a curtain wall. I have added mullions around the glass panels and am unable to select the glass panel. I hover around the mullion and then I press the tab key to cycle through the various selection and then after it highlights the glass panel I right click on my mouse but then for some reason the object doesnt get selected. I must be doing something wrong or I am beginning to suspect my video card might be the culprit. I have an ati 4400 series (more or less) running quad amd. Please help. Thank you .....your help much appreciated.

I believe you should left click once the glass panel is highlighted. At least I think that's the problem here.

Thanks for your reply. sorry, I did left click but for some reason it doesnt get selected. i try to pre-highlight an object and press tab to choose adjacent objects and after I click the object (hoping everything would get selected) only the object i clicked gets selected. I am closely following a tutorial and I thought selecting would be so straight forward but for some reason I am running into problems. thanks.

I don't seem to have the same problem in another machine. This is driving me crazy and I'll just blame this on my ati graphics card until I find a suitable response from someone. cheers!

For the interest of anyone who might stumble the same problem. I managed to fix the problem by updating my video card. Now it's working fine. Thanks.

Just learned this so thought I'd give another reply in case someone else is searching this out -
The 'Select Pinned Elements' option is turned on/off. Try clicking on the little push-pin with a cursor symbol over it on the bottom-right corner. If a red X is shown, you can not select any pinned elements and that would include a panel in a curtain wall system by default.
