hello,

I have two years experience using revit and understand the basics but i really need help creating and

editing family objects.  Can someone please either send me a link explaing the different steps of or a video on what to do.

Start by downloading and reading the "families guide" on the AutoDESK site.  It is 2009 but still valid.
