If your sheet is A4 then it will print correctly. If you are trying to print a D size sheet on an A4 piece of paper, then everthing will be scaled and there will be an automatic border area based on the printer. Instead, you will need to determine wath scale factor you want to print.

Your questions indicate you are doing something wrong.
If you have the proper sized sheet and place a view on that sheet, the viewport title will be correct. REVIT is not CAD so I hope you are not trying to do CAD processes. View titles are set to print the same no matter what the sheet size is.

So if im printing on an A4 sheet or an A1 sheet the Viewport title is going to print at the same size?

This is the magic of Revit.
If you print your sheets full size, all view titles will be the same real height on the page. All text set at 1/8" will be physically 1/8" on every view where used. No matter what the scale of the view is - no matter what the sheet size is.

worked it out
i had loaded a sheet template with parameters ranging from a3-a0. it was picking up the a0 size even though the a1 family was being used. i have now deleted the sheet template and im soley using a titlebock with sheet dimensions and borders included. a3-a0 made separelt and not with parameters for differing sizes.
i hope this helps if anyone else has same difficulty.
