We wish to cut concrete panels and have the steel visable. Detailing many of them at the moment and wish to make a few generic ones. We tried making them various things I.E casework, structural columns etc. The hatches get all screwed up. Any easy solution?

do you want to use them as walls or just as an external family? you can create it as a generic model, extruded with parameters to control width and height, thickness... use extrusion for the steel pocking out, have a look at Mr. Spot's tutorial for nested array, will give you an idea Smile Good luck HTH

I would try and create the rebars as a sweep. Are you looking at a grid pattern or ? You could add the sweeps within the wall editor if it's the same in each panel.
