Is it possible to use a section box to in perspective view to create a section perspective AND have the sun in Revit remember that there are actually walls there and only cast shadow where it would be even if there weren't the section box?

You can turn on the section box in a 3d perspective view but the shadow thing is not possible. You'd have to do some trickery with materials to get the walls to cast shadows but not display.
