hi every one ,

im new at revit and i use 2012 i try to made different material to the same wall for exp: ihave wall in the first floor brick and in the ground floor concrete how can i sprit the levels at the model to add the material to each level 

any suggestion please

They are not the same wall.... so treat them that way.  Split the wall horizontally and assign the different wall types accordingly.  You can also create a stacked wall type that does this for you.  You can read about stacked walls in your HELP.

thanks , but i split the wall horrizontly but when i change the material to one of them the other one take the same material just like one wall

your question is pretty unclear...

do you maybe only have one wall type in your project to select from in the wall pull down? if so, create a new one by selecting the current wall, edit type, duplicate, give it a name, edit structure.
