I have a curved insitu wall that i need to put a curved opening / arched door way in
making the wall is simple, how do i go about the curved opening in ?

You can create that in several ways:
- Create a VOID with a "In-Place" in category Wall or
- Create a "Door" family with the opening (without any door panel) like you can see in my image, in this way you can control all parameters like width, height, radius and so on..
