Hello!

I am somewhat new to Revit and I am working on a template for our firm (a very small practice.)  I am wanting to make a new sheet with ADA diagrams from the new 2010 ADA Standards.  We don't have an existing library of these as CAD drawings so I was wondering the best way to go about finding these diagrams.  Is there a ADA database somewhere out there that would make it easy to import the diagrams as families?  I suppose I could save them as JPEGs and import them this way but this seems like a huge pain, plus the quality won't be great.  Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated!!

I suggest you don't use jpegs because they will really cause you problems.  I would create drafting views that you can port from project to project.   Import the diagrams once you find them and draw over them or simply draft them to scale.

Most of the necessary drafting tools are in Annotation Tab. This is an acceptable way, but I show everything each time, we are making models, and that is the whole point. If you use the ADA, sinks, and toilets, and all the other parafanalia, you will get the real thing. Which is what is really needed for the contractor.
