Hi,I am trying to load any Door but the system denies and cannot  let me do it.What I am doing:

1. 1.       I press  “Place  a Component”
2. 2.       I press “ Load Family”
3. 3.       I press “Us Metric”
4. 4.       I press “Doors”
5. 5.       I press “M_Curtain Wall Dbl Glass” or any Door except two”

The system tries to load the “M_Curtain Wall Dbl Glass” or any other door Component and stop at 45% and popups a massage that says:

The massage      [ Cannot Load Family Files. Some or all of the family files you selected cannot be loaded. You must choose family files of the category Component. Do you want to retry loading a new set of files? Cannot Load Family File “M_Curtain Wall Dbl Glass” or any Door except two” “      Yes or No]

Can anyone help me on my problem and tell me what to do ?  

What is the problem?

PLS Help me!!!

Try this: click on the "Door" tab in ribbon, then look at the right side and you have a "Load Family" buttom, then open the "door" folder and select the door you want. Remember, "Curtain doors" only work if you have a "curtain wall panel" to place... You CAN'T place a "curtain door" in a normal wall...

You can learn that in your HELP menu.
