Ok,
I've scoured the inter-webs and can't find an answer to this. Hopefuly someone here has one?
I'm currently setting up vertical cirulation plans. I have the work flor figured out for ground floor to the first floor. My Cut plan is set up 4' for the entire view, but I created a Plan Region to increase the height of the Cut Plain for my stairs and Escalators up to about 8' so that the plan reads a bit better. The Result is my room is cut at 4' like I want it to be, and my stairs (complete with cut line) are visible up to 8'.
Where I run into problems is when I start working on the plan for the 2nd level. I can adjust my cut line, but it only displays the lines BELOW the cut line. I'm trying to adjust my cut line to see the stairs from the first landing and up, without seeing the lines on the bottom of the stairs.
Is there a way to do this? Or am I stuck creating a making region?
It seems Silly that Revit would allo you to cut the steps UP, but not down.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Joseph
