Just learning revit and having some trouble creating a more complex wall. Is there a way to set up in the type, thickenings of certain layers of a wall type at set intervals and at the ends of a wall element? i.e. If the structure of a wall I've created is concrete is there a way to create customised ribs within that layer as part of a wall.
Help is much appreciated!

You can alter the thickness of materials vertically in flat segments but not horizontally. You can also add horizontal sweeps to the wall definition. Everything vertical must be done in-place.
