I have a wall that is angled at the top. I'm just wondering has anybody found away to sweep a coping at an angle

Remember, Revit is a 3D world. When you say angled, what do you mean? I am assuming you mean the top edge of the wall, the rake, not the top face of the wall.
Regular wall sweeps will not work for this. Use an in-place family, sweep instead. You can still use the same profile.

using a fascia board and offseting it to the wall works too.
