Folks,

Working in Revit 2011.  I have created a profile family and created a vertical wall reveal for my tilt up panel construction.  All looks good except I cannot dimension to the centerline of the reveal.  I have tried splitting the line in the profile family and have turned the center reference plane to 'Strong Reference' to no avail.  Any ideas?

Sorry but for some (stupid) reason you can't do this.  I have always added a small line. <<< NOT A VERY REVIT SOLUTION

Bummer, thanks for the info tho!  Will probably resort to using lines.

In the end I changed the profile to resemble a trianlge so the center was a snapable point.  The detail is done in a drafting view which shows the true profile with its chamfered edges.
