I have imported an Autocad file with pegs with co-ords
I set the first peg up with specify co-ords, then when i go to annotate the other pegs are MILES out?

I have never heard the term PEG in conjunction with Revit or CAD.

I agree with WW, peg is an interesting term. I will assume that you mean property corners. Usually, most of the survey data that I get is set up as 1" = 1'-0", some of the older programs did this for decimal convienence, perhaps this is your problem. Check to see if the survey data is 1/12th the size. You may have to scale data to get it to fit properly.
