How do I get over this message? Where do I change the user name?

Every user has their own local file. Either this is a local file saved on a network or you must be sharing your machine with Helder.
If you are helder, then someone has changed your user name in Revit. Pulldown the revit R - goto the options at the bottom and reset your user name.
If you are not Helder and your Revit, user name is correct, then you should make your own local.

THANKS 
I updated to R2012 and the Username was somehow reseted to the wrong one. I set it to Helder and now its working again :
