Does anyone know if there is a way to include the tag symbol (circle, octagon, box, etc.) on the schedules?  I've been working with Revit Arch 2009 and 2011.  I need to (for instance) put the circle I use for my furniture tag onto my furniture schedule.  Been searching for weeks without any luck.   Appreciate any feedback.

You can't do this.  You might be able to do somethin in "paper space".

Vector, I thought you understood how to use the HELP.   The term Paper space is used in the HELP if you search there.

i don't believe there is actually a "paper space" in revit- other than just using that term to refer to an area on a sheet- a sheet ultimately becoming paper.. and yes it is correct to say paper space to mean that- but not correct as "go to" or "go in" paper space- because there is no "paper space" on the revit map- revit itself knows nothing of a "paper space".. at the very least- using that term is only likely to confuse the revit newbie since it is extremely rare to see it used that way.. to confirm this rarity- google the word "revit" with the words "paper space"..
