So I am trying to use the Load Takedown analysis tool on the 2012 extensions.  But I am having problems with the material properties.  Basically, it shows the correct material, but none of the physical properties, specifically the density, come through to the extension.  It shows 0 for density and young's modulus.  When I select an object and tell it to verify the structure, it tells me no structural material defined, even though in the properties window you can see the material is there.  I verified the structural properties assigned to the materials are correct, and even changed to different materials, but with the same problem.  In my model, I have concrete walls, columns and flat slabs, and the problem exists for all objects.

Any idea how to get this to work properly?  I have attached a screen cap of it showing 0 for densities.

Thanks.

ok, so i solved my own problem.  I went back to the materials manager, to triple check the materials settings.  I noticed that the material property was set to "By property set".  I changed it to "independent", and the load takedown tool finally saw my material properties.  So there is a bug in the coding of the tool, where it does not read through property sets.

See attached screen cap for what I am talking about.
