Hello out there
I have a little problem with some walls and I hope some of you guys can help me out here :-)
I want to cut my “Basic Wall 500 mm” by the red line so the model follows the other wall. But I can´t. I have try different things like: “CUT PROFILE” (But I cannot even appoint the curved wall. I have also tried to make a “REF PLANE” along the red line and tried to cut the wall against it. Please help me :-)

If these are two walls, they should just join - or are they something else?
Otherwise, youcan add an in-place void to cut the curved wall.

It is to foundation walls, one of them are in to the basement. I can use the “JOIN GEOMETRY” tool and make the tow wall join together but then I have a small piece of foundation in the basement and it will not be the right way to build it in the real life :-)
I have tried to use the in-place void but every time I got this message *(see the picture) did I do something wrong ?

Before you finish the void family, you have to tell it what to cut. BTW, Don't join these tow walls and cut them because the void will then cut both.

Okay now I have another proplem. Can I get back to my void and edit the site of if? If the wall that the curved wall is cut up by, later in the project change size to thicker or thinner how do I change the size of the void then?
The picture shows the void family (Structural Foundations1) but I can´t do anything with it :-(

arfel,
Please start a new thread with your question - don't piggy back it on a different subject.
Then I will delete this post.
