i know this may sound like a strange question but does anyone know how big the 7 content packages are in revit 2010. im talking about the packages that download when you install revit first. my friend is installing it but has a serious bandwidth problem so i was wonder how big are they?

is there a way to save the library on to a usb say from another location and then install it on the computer seperatly. if this is possible will it install into the correct directories or would that have to be done manually?

There is nothing special about the library so you can move it in any way to anywhere you want.  You will just want to set your file pointers in the option settings under the revit R pulldown.
