How can I FIX some objects on the sheet?

Here is a screen shot:

The TEXT is fixed and does not move around when I change the family type but the boxes around it keep moving.

Can't tell from your post what your question is.

Something to consider.  I think most users build simple, multiple families for their sheets rather than complicated families like this.  Although "all in one" families are possible, they are hard to build and maintain and they often result in larger project files.

The problem is that when I change the type of sheet, the frames around the text disapear.

I would like to learn more about multi-type families, specially on sheets Smile Any good tutorial you know of?

Thanks

Start with what AutoDESK provides.  Download the Families Guide from the AutoDESK site.
