I was wondering if there is a way I am able to have multiple drawing lists under the one "category".
Ie: Architectural.
We have five different "areas" of this particular project and therefore we have set up 5 cover sheets for each section.
What we would like to show on each of these cover sheets is a drawing list which contains the ARCHITECTURAL drawings for that particular section. We have also created separate titleblocks for each section so that they are also easy to distinguish.
I have tried duplicating of one of the drawing lists and then turning the sheets off for that section in the view properties, but have discovered that if I am to turn off drawings not associated with that section, that they will also turn off in the drawing lists where I want them to show.
Is there a parameter I am able to add to the titleblocks or something so that I am able to show these different titleblocks on the different cover sheets with ONLY their related drawings?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WWhub, I had a look through that link which you posted and the threads that were in it, and I couldn't find any that specifically applied to the problem I am having. I tried searching similar queries for myself and still found no form of help.
I apologise as I think I might not have explained myself well enough.
What I am trying to do, is within the one revit central file, have a series of 5 drawing lists all purely for our Architectural drawings. Reason being we have different projects happening on the site located in different areas. Consequently we have created 5 separate sections to accommodate for these refurbishments for this project.
For each "section" we have a cover sheet, which we'd like to show a drawing list on. The problem I am having is that when I Right-Click on a set of sheets in the Project Browser, and un-check the box in their properties (I have attached an image for clarity), they subsequently do not show in ANY of the drawing lists. This is a problem as for the five sections, I want to show only those relevant drawings in that list.
If this still doesn't make sense let me know.

Sorry again.
I worked out about how I am supposed to use the filters rather than the "properties" of the sheets.
Thankyou for your help regardless though
