In REVIT 2011:

Its normal text.
If I write it again from scratch it looks good, but while I am working in the family, sudently some text becomes UPSIDE DOWN.
Am am not rotating it and I dont see any constrain to any line that I am moving. 
Do you have any thoughts?

It looks like you may be having some system / graphics card issues. I have never seen Revit do this. I suggest you post your system specs so that someone else may be able to spot the issue.

OK, I was patient enough and took the time to do everything again from scrach and its working.
I have no idea what was wrong before. Thanks for the input!
