We use PDF's for all of our printing, Does anyone know how to print multiple sheet views into one pdf, instead of seperate pdf's?

Hello: Hello: I use Acrobat Professional to combine single page PDFs into one large multi page PDF file from one or more sources. -Loren

Well, I don't know if it was a fluke or what, but the other day I discovered how to do this. We use the Cute PDF writer, and for some reason it was set to do multiple copies and collate when I printed and it printed all m y sheets in one PDF. You could try that. Vanessa

Thanks for you response - Cute PDF did not work for me. I figured out how to get around the limitations of Revit...In case anyone wants to know You can print all sheets to one file as a DWF file - Then open the DWF and print to PDF. It also makes the file size smaller than combining pdfs and cuts your printing time in half because you don't have to give a file name to every sheet. Works great for our project which is over 30 sheets.

when you first enter the plot command, right in the middle of the dialog box is a toggle for whether you want it to print into multiple PDFs, or one single giant one.
