Why does the cars get all white when i render them?
is there someway i could change de material/color?

I assume you are talking about the Cars to download from this site.
When you have inserted the Car Family into the Project, you will have to define the Materials of the new Car Objects. Some of them are already set up with default Materials.
Yes, you can change all of the Colors/Materials through the Manage / Object Styles / Imported Objects Dialogue Box. You can change the name of the material & way it looks. Its a bit of a hit & miss approach to find out what "object" belongs to what part of the car.
