So like most Architect I number each window individualy.

then the types are duplicated. ie. windows 1,2,3 are all type A or something like that....

my problem is that I have tagged all my windows. given them an individual mark from 1-50 (total windows in my project) but the schedule shows duplicate marks in the list. ie. two 2's or two 14's etc..these are not the type marks which are also kinda messed up too (note the same types are actually different.)

but since Ive used my plan views, changed the mark numbers (yes, marks, not type marks) why doesn't the schedule change/update?

Simple to find out what is happening.  Tile your plans or elevations along with the schedule, then click on each of these duplicates  1 at a time and see where they are.  I bet you have some in places you are not aware of.....

Also, are you sure you don't have multiple instances in the same place..... You should do your "Review Warnings"
