Can i select any object to be not cutted by the section plane?

i'm rendering a first floor plan of a house and i want my tree outside to appear.

Can i do it someway?

If it is a plan, look into using a plan region.  Search PLAN REGION in your HELP.

well, it's not a plan, it's an humanized plan but in 3d, rendered.

can i do it or the section plane will always cut it out?

I'm afraid the section box will almost always cut an object.   The effect you're looking for could be done with two renders and photoshop, with ease.

in brazil they're called 'Scissors', i don't know how to say it in english, haha.

since it is a view from the top. for rendering purposes only you could could lower the elevation of the tree so that is not cut and drop the view range so that the tree is displayed.
