Hello. I've created a room legend in the beginning of the project and now I'd like to change the names of differents services. I use the colour scheme by service and the names are no more good. I'm sure that if I change every name in every room it will be ok but how to do this easily? In the dialog Choose legend colours (not having english version) you can change only the colour, pattern and visibility. But not the name. Is there any possibility to change all the names somewhere or to select all the rooms of the same service and change it all in one click? In fact at this moment I need only to change the Legend but maybe in the future I'll need also the informations of every room.

I don't know what you mean by services....
Create a schedule - sort by "services, uncheck "itemize all instances", all of the same "services" will be on one line - change the name and they all change - everywhere.

My excuses, I have the french version of Revit so it's hard for me to translate the names in english.
Great idea with the schedule - that's exactly what i wanted to do. Thank you very much!
