Hi guys,

I have created a roof in Rhino (using T-splines) and exported it as a .SAT into revit mass then imorted it into my revit project and turned it into a roof. Only the wall wont attach to it?? says, "Can't keep wall and target joined". I have tried this with a basic roof and it works so why wont this imported roof design? As far as I know i have no reason to believe that revit thinks that this is any different to any normal roof??

Any ideas are welcome Smile Thanks!!

I think I tried what you are trying a while back with the same result.

Thanks Emgeeo, good to see im not the only one,

Does anyone have any ideas? This is really frustrating me because I cannot understand why it doesn't work?? Even when I create a 'simple' roof get it in and create it as one roof (ie. not in parts) it still doesnt work.

I have found that sometimes changing the material has worked, any ideas as to why that may be the case?

Thanks, any comments appreciated
