Hi
I have a problem with viewing a floorplan. It is something that suddenly just happend: the ground floor floorplan is invisible (you can enter the floorplan, but there is nothing), while all the others are fine.
I've tried to delete the floorplan view and add it again, changing de settings to default, changing the visibility and different zooms - nothing.
Thx

Did you create a new plan by selecting from the ribbon - View / plan views / floor plan then select your level? (DON'T DO IT ANY OTHER WAY)

Do you have a building? Everything is there in 3D?
Cut a section from the second level and select some items from the first level. What phase are they?

Jep, it says "New Construction". I can see the ground floor from the underlayered layer in the 1st level - don't know whether its to any help? Or else is there a way to move a whole project from one file to another? Just to see whether its because it's because the file is corrupt..

I doubt the file is corrupt.
Please post a section through the building that shows the elements and the floor levels.

Does your project have a scope box?
Make sure your plan view is not cropped and there is no scope boz, then zoom a.
