Hello I'm working in Revit 2010 and I have a couple of decals on my walls.  When I tried rendering, none of them will show up.  So I tried exporting it in 2012 and I was able to get some of the decals to show up but some are still missing.

I've tried going to Options>Render and repathing.  I've also tried putting everything on my C drive.  It shows up when I go to properties.  I do not know what is going on.

In most instances when a decal will not render, users do not place the decal on the correct face.

Thank you, it worked!  I tried placing it in 3d with Model Graphic style "Realistic with Edges" showing so I could see it working on certain walls.  I noticed that the walls that I split, the decal will not work on it.

I made a family that is a picture frame that attaches to the wall and I put the decal on that instead.  Works perfectly :-).  Thanks again.

Yes, you found that the decal needs a host.  When you split the wall, the decal could not host across the split.  Glad you sloved your problem.
