I download the item that i would like from the website. But i try to place it in my house and it wont appear in 3D. i dont know how to make it work. Help please and thank you.

Is a 2006 model, so you might have to update the materials.
Are you using some kind of phasing or filter?
load the family on a "test"proyect before loading it to your actual proyect .
It should look gray when you hit render (again, you have to update the materials to the current version you have).
