Hello...in the spot dimension elevation element there are 4 settings for display elevation. what is the difference between actual selected elevation and top elevation?

e.g. site plan with f.f. height at 100. drop 2" to sidewalk with 2% slope to T.O.C.

I am trying to calc the T.O.C. at the sidewalk 5' from face of building it won't select the 2" drop height 99.83 it choses the 100.00 F.F.calc

another question is the single upper value. if our f.f. height is set to 100 or 0.00 why would the upper value display at 99'11"?

this is a big one so thank you to all who read this or answer..

cheers

I figured out the upper value display..it shows the actual elev datum height..i overcomplicated this. I do need to how to get the datum to reference different heights and not default to the F.F. height

How did you do your sidewalk.  Spot elevations work for sloping floor slabs and if you spit your topo and assigned concrete to it but it will not work in plan on ramps.
