Hi everybody from Italy,
I wish to know in which file I have to put the pattern I download?

Francesco,
you have 2 options:
1- load the patten as you create a new one (by duplicating existing)
2- under your revir install normally C rogram FilesAutodesk Revit Building 8.1Data there is a file called "Revit.pat" if you open it it's just a text file, open your downloaded .pat and copy and paste into your revit.pat, but if you don't know what you are doing stick to option 1
ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILE BEFORE EDITING!
