This is my goal.  I would like to create an opposite hand interior elevation, dependent on the original.  Is that possible in any way without creating another elevation?  Big goal!  Thank you.

Revit is a model and if you use model based views, the only way to have a mirrored view is with a mirrored model.

 

You could export your model view to CAD and import as a dead - drafting view.
