Why don't you just create two "Slope Arrows" with the slope you want? you don't need to create those extra segments (2 mm).

Very Good Point.

You could definately use 'slope arrows' from within the roof sketch mode.

In the attached image I placed the 2 slope arrows along the gable end of the cricket pointing towards the middle of the cricket.

Note the reference plane marking the middle of the cricket and also note that you do NOT need to split the roof footprint linework on the gable edge. The roof footprint is made up of 3 segments only.

Then to set the slope properties select the slope arrow(s) and use the properties palette. You can modify both arrows at the same time.

I will modify the CADclip and append the video link.

(I've tried 3 different web browsers and cannot seem to be able to upload an image (28 kb jpg) to this site anymore ??)
