attached is a little test rendering image. Problem is my exterior sconces having these burning hot spots and don't put out much light, while the recessed cans above I can't make much light at all. The interior I'm not as worried about--it's just a couple of studio lights that will get turned down a bit. Settings for the 2 families/types are as follows:
Recessed Cans

electrical loads: 100.00 VA
ballast voltage: 1200V
Ballast # poles: 1
Lamp: A19
Light Loss Factor: 1
Initial Intensity: 1,000 W @ 75 lm/W
color filter: white
light source: emit from point
distribution: sphere
Sconces
material: glass white high luminance
Apparent load: blank, no options
Initial Intensity & light source distribution: same as the recessed cans
