I have a view that I need to turn 90 degrees to get it to fix on my page. I managed to turn all text notes, wall, window and door tags but I can't seem to figure out how to turn text in section heads. I opened the section head family and dupilacated it and then brought it into the project, but I can't get it to show up in the properties to choose it. I walked through the explation in help, but still can't get it to work......any ideas? Thanks, Alan

Wouldn't it have been easier to just turn the titleblock? You can also use the rotate command on the crop region to rotate the view on the sheet. Anyways, the section heads are controlled in your settings-->view tags section, you create a new section type and apply the appropriate head to it.

daaaaaah.......I forgot about the setting..views etc. Correct you are and it works, but it changes the direction of the section head text on all sheets, not just on the one that I wanted to change. Which may be good in some cases, but no good in this case. The issue is we're creating a 1/2" scale plan and I can't fit it on a sheet in the same manner as all the other dwg's which are 1/4" plans. Thanks for trying...........

Just duplicate that view in your project browser, drag it to a sheet and rotate it.
