REVIT Architecture 2011

We have discovered, rather late in the game, that our REVIT Model is not at the correct elevation. At this point I need to move a sprawling 3 story building 18" in the downward direction. Is there a quick way to do this without detroying every elevation and section that I have done? The only way that I know how to do this is to manually adjust every elevation line by 18". My concern is that when everything drops 18" the notes and potentially some other items will all end up in the wrong places or having to be reformated so that they still look neat. Is there an easy pain free way, or do I have to methodically go through and adjust everthing that I have done? I know that I will need to check every page...

Thank you

OK, I figured it out based on other threads. For someone else with the same problem:

1. Go into an elevation, select one of the elevations and in the Type Properties ensure that the Elevation Base is set at Shared. I had to do this to all my elevation tags as I had several in the project.

2. Under the Manage tab Drop down Position and you will see the tool to Relocate the Project. Select this tool and then pick a spot in your elevation and move it the direction you need.

You are right, it was easy, but would have been a disaster if I had done it my original way.
