I have a slopped slab that has been slopped using height off sets on the slope arrow ends. The slab has been automatically plumb cut. How do I make it a square end?

You might try a slab edge. Not sure if that is affected by slab slope.
If the above doesn't work, you can extend your slab past this point and add an in-place void family.
