I have been asked to produce individual plans of all the rooms in my model, to go on to Room Data Sheets.

The Plans are basically just little enlargements of what is in the model, ie they will show furniture, doors, windows etc. I am looking for a quick way to achieve this, to mass produce room plans, as we have a hundred rooms and it will take an age to create individual cropped callouts for each room. Is there a way to create a plan which snaps to the room boundary, as an internal elevation does?

Have tried exporting a room area report but all this shows are triangulation lines.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

For our hotels, we use a callout.  Sorry - I don't see any shortcuts here.

I figured as much, thanks anyway WWHub.

Weve thankfully now been informed that the room plans dont have to be to scale, so will pop a couple of dimensions into each room and then use a screenshot program to quickly create images of each.
