hi, 

when i go to load a family for a components i have no idea where to go, i end up in a programme folder but no idea where to go next, can anyone help please

It should be in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2012\Libraries\US Imperial

I'm with joewallace, I look in this folder and it is empty. Luckily I kept the library files from 2011.

im using 2012 but i cant find that folder, i have followed that path you gave me but there is no libraries folder. is there a way i can download it?

I finally got all the components with the recent update for Revit. There is a zip file with everything I needed.
