Hi guys, new to this site. Having terrible troble completeing this roof, i've tried a number of ways to complete but it isn't working. There is no view that can show the problem to me.

Hopefully I'm over looking somethin that someone can point out

Just create a circle and change the "Number of full segment"

But I don't have any problem to create that roof using only the "Pick lines" tool

check and make sure none of the individual -lines- have a base offset. 

 

It's an iritating quirk, you can offset individual lines, up or down, -and- the entire roof up and down.  I remember it taking me a long time to figure out that distinction. 

 

So if one or two of your segments are trying to start higher or lower than the rest, the geometry is imposible.  On a more simple roof, you could manipulate eaves with success... not here.
