Revit 2011. I need to make several different keynote legends. One for floor plans, one for interior elevations, etc. For plans we use P1, P2... For interior elevations we use F1, F2... Is it possible to have different .txt files for different user keynotes? I started out with one file with all the F's listed followed by the P's, but when I add the legend to the sheet, it shows all of the F's and P's when I only want P's on plans and F's on elevations. Thanks!

You can create different legends for different sheets and setup filters to include only those starting with "P" or "F".
