hello can someone help me this issue(sttached picture) this just happened today, when i started to open my file its giving me the meassage, steps i trid to resolve the issue was to audit(no go) clicked in the file to automatically open it(no go) tried to click on new to start a new project(still no go) clicked on sample revit projects(the ones that is already in the software>>still no go).. last resort that i did was wot uninstall(cleaned registry and deleted folders >.still no go) reinstalled the program hopefully it will help but still getting the same error>. also once i will cilck on save or exit, revit will shut down?> can anybody give me some inssights >?? i know i might not be on the correct thread or anything but im desperate right now, all my files are giving the same error..pictures with steps are of great help >>

Try these options from the Revit Clinic:

sir, thank you for the link... it did help me.. now im back and working..again thank you. :-)

 

now for those who are having some problems such as mine, heres what you will do (because sometimes if you'll update it with the existing software condition it will not work)

1.uninstall the program , but dont delete the files thats having a problem or say affected.

2.check registry,clean it if you must then reinstall program

3.once on the installation page choose configure 

4.select include update service pack 2 

thats it.. installation will be running smoothly from then on..

5.enjoy your use of revit (for begginers like me its a bit hard , but once you get used to it, it will make your life easier)
