Hi. I am currently having problems printing Bitmap & JPEG images (ie company logos) using Revit 2011. Images print fine when using Sharp MX-M200D in A3 size but rarely print when using HP110+. Print preview shows the logos/images as being there but only print maybe once in every 5 sheets or less. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Bill

My office just got rid of a canon printer that would print at 101.5% scale. And there was NO way to fix it, no matter what we did. Believe me on that, revit just would not talk straight with the printer.
I would suggest updating your drivers for your printer on your workstations, and possibly updating the firmware on your printer if it hasn't been done in a long time.
Print settings are identical between the two? does the failure to print seem to happen randomly, or is it specific sheets that routinely fail?

Hi, thanks for the reply and sorry to take so long getting back.
Printers are only 3 months old and latest drivers have been installed. Failure to print appears to be random and is not related to sheet size or drawing sheet. I tried converting the images to TIF as mentioned in other threads but had no luck getting them to print either.

Have you tried setting it to raster instead of vector in the print settings? That has helped me in the past.

Thanks a lot for that, it worked.
Print image is slightly downgraded but definitely worth it now the logo images are printing.
