Is it possible, in the newer version, to insert a field on [Room Schedule] that calculates [Wall area] per each room?

There is a "perimeter" and "unbounded height".
Perimeter multiplied by the unbounded height would be your surface area of the walls in a given room.
Or dividing the volume by the perimeter.

yes but that includes Doors and Windows. Then we have to subtract them! How?
