I have tried to render this view in both 2011 and 2012 with the same results.  I keep getting what I describe as 'light bubbles' all over the walls and ceilings.  How can I make the render better.

the settings are draft/ still/ sun from upper right/ exterior+interior lights on.

in "render quality settings" set "image precision (antialiasing)" to

at least 6..
